cc - Mug Swap

After a nice walk around the lake, taking in the brisk and windy air - I came home to find a brown package waiting at my front door.
So now, just as I need warming up, I get to drink my coffee from this beautiful mug Sara sent me through the CAC mug swap.
It is so comforting and charming this mug.  I just love it.  Thank you, Sara.

It also amazes me how just through reading another person's blog, you can get such a strong feel for what their personalities are like.  This mug is so "me", and the thoughtfulness that went into choosing it makes me feel so happy and connected.  I love what the CAC blog is all about.  Melba, you did an awesome job creating it - and Jessie, you were an amazing guest host.

mmmm...that mug does look warm and comforting! looking at the mugs that people have sent, i think it's amazing the way a cup can become an expression of someone--both as the giver and the one receiving.
