My kid. My beautiful Angie. She had her first, legit gig over the weekend. She was fantastic.. the whole band was amazing. I have some videos of the performances on instagram here, here, & here. We are beyond proud of her and how dedicated she is to her music. School of Rock is a franchise, and it's more fun than say, music theory. It was the only summer activity she asked for. We were more than happy to oblige & support. She has one more show, then it's back piano, clarinet, and vocal lessons.
I'm looking out the window and watching the rain fall. We've been blessed with a dose of chilly, autumn-like weather. I am loving every bit of it. I'll take the cold over the heat any day.
